Job Details:

We are looking for a salesperson that is well versed in phone transactions. You will be selling internet advertising space on our real estate web site www.propertyhookup.com to a furnished list of real estate agents.

1.       You will contact the agent and ask them if they are interested in advertising on our web site. You can customize your script, but these main points will remain the same;

a.       Are you familiar with PropertyHookup.com? Over 300 Unique Buyers search the web site everyday for Below Value Las Vegas Real Estate.

b.      Every time a Buyer searches the Agent’s Zip Code they will find the Agent’s advertisement.

c.       Walk the Agent thru the sign-up process

d.      NOTE: The revenue generated from one average commission would pay for the Agent’s advertising for the next 72 months.

e.       Send them the link and instructions so that they can get set up.

f.        Follow up to find out if their sign up is complete? How it went? And if there are any questions that you can answer?

Personal / Job Requirements:

1.      You may work from home with the following:

a.       A Home Computer

b.      Internet Access

c.       A Telephone

d.      A notepad

2.      Hours are flexible: the best time to reach real estate agents is Monday thru Saturday 10am to 5pm.

3.      I will speak with you after the first five memberships are sold to see how it went. We are limited to 55 Memberships per Month. So we will keep a keen eye on Supply and Demand and raise the price accordingly so that you and I make the best of our investment of time.

Compensation:

1.      Our salesperson will receive 30% of the first month’s revenue for all memberships that they sell in any given month.

2.      Commissions will be paid by check at the end of every week on Friday.

3.      A 1099 form will be distributed to the salesperson at the end of the Year.
